Your Role: ICHRA Account Manager As an ICHRA Account Manager, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of clients navigating our Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) solution. You'll guide employers through onboarding, ensure smooth platform implementation, and provide consultative support year-round to drive success, retention, and growth. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on translating regulatory complexity into practical, client-friendly solutions, all while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. What You'll Do Client Onboarding & Implementation • Guide new clients through the ICHRA onboarding process-plan design education, platform setup, document submission, and compliance checkpoints. • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless account configuration and go-live execution. • Deliver customized training and communications that instill client confidence and clarity. Client Success & Relationship Management • Serve as the primary relationship owner for your client portfolio, including ICHRA and ancillary voluntary benefit lines (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity). • Build consultative, trust-based relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities. • Lead renewal planning and strategic check-ins to optimize client outcomes. • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand benefits offerings and deliver additional value. Education & Enablement • Provide branded toolkits, FAQs, and resources to support employer clients and their employees. • Track feedback and escalate issues to improve employee satisfaction. • Collaborate with compliance and support teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests. Operational Excellence • Manage client activities, renewals, and escalations in CRM (Salesforce preferred). • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with product and support teams. • Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and advocate for product enhancements. What Success Looks Like • Trusted Partnerships - You're seen as a proactive, consultative advisor who clients rely on. • Benefits Expertise - You apply deep knowledge of ICHRA, group health, and voluntary benefits while navigating ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA with confidence. • Clear Communication - You simplify complex topics into actionable, client-friendly guidance. • Project Mastery - You balance multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities with precision. • Service Excellence - You deliver responsive, empathetic support that exceeds expectations. What You Bring • 3-5 years of experience in account management, benefits implementation, or HR consulting, ideally in health insurance or SaaS-based benefits technology. • Working knowledge of ICHRA, group health, and voluntary benefits (required). • Familiarity with HRIS tools, enrollment platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus). • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical or regulatory complexity. • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Life & Health license required. CEBS/PHR certification a plus. • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
