Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Agile facilitation and coaching: 40% of time Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Facilitate Agile ceremonies to improve our upfront planning process (Backlog Refinement, PI Planning, Roadmap/Strategy discussion, etc.) Ensure teams understand and follow the Agile principles while tailoring processes to fit their needs Actively identify and remove any blockers or obstacles that hinder the team's ability to meet their sprint goals.
