This role is responsible for sourcing, closing, and growing high-impact alliances that generate revenue and unlock long-term value. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience building strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in driving growth through financial services or investment ecosystems. What You'll Do • Build and grow relationships with Private Equity firms, positioning our platform as a value driver for their portfolio companies. • Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with leading PE firms to deliver mutual commercial value. • Own the full lifecycle of the partnership — from sourcing and onboarding partners through enablement, portfolio activation, and ongoing growth. • Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, CS, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing) to align PE initiatives with company-wide growth objectives. • Deliver product expertise to PE partners, ensuring they understand the value and can confidently recommend our solution across their portfolios. • Be an activation expert, quickly turning signed PE partnerships into portfolio adoption and measurable revenue. • Collaborate with Marketing to design co-marketing strategies including portfolio-focused events, webinars, and thought leadership campaigns. • Provide guidance to and work effectively across the internal stakeholders, including AE team, solutions consulting, and customer success teams • Develop scalable playbooks and partner programs to replicate success across new PE relationships. • Track and report on pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and portfolio impact, ensuring transparency and accountability in results. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in alliances or business development, managing private equity & venture capital partners at fast growing startups, ideally with exposure to financial services ecosystems. • Experience in building PE relationships from scratch and running co-marketing initiatives successfully that leads to high revenue generation. • Strong understanding of how PE firms operate and how they drive value across portfolio companies. • Proven success in acquiring and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue. • Exceptional commercial instincts and ability to negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships. • Strong network within the PE or investment community. • Skilled in partner enablement, portfolio engagement, and building scalable go-to-market strategies. • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments. • Excellent communication and executive presence, able to build trust with senior partners and C-level audiences. • Strong planning and analytical skills; able to prioritize and execute across competing initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree • Familiarity with FP&A, finance tech solutions is an advantage.
