The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory. This role will work collaboratively with Sales, Service and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets while exceeding customer expectations. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Digital Pathology sales team in the Southeast Region of the United States, and will work remotely to cover Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, North Dakota, and South Dakota. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory. Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor. Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
