The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing sales processes by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and revenue growth. This individual should also manage CRM systems, ensure data accuracy, and support strategic decision-making through reporting and forecasting with it’s commercial (Sales) partners. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations and is part of the Commercial Operations team located in United States and will preferably be an on-site role located in Waltham, MA.
