Location: Auburn Hills, MI Position Overview Manages the resources to maximize customer satisfaction and improve productivity and profitability. Effectively recruits, develops, and retains employees. Ensures overall operational excellence and service growth. Key Responsibilities Support service coordinators with scheduling technicians. Supervise installation technicians. Coordinate training sessions with vendors, and train new employees Review work orders, pre-invoice reports, service invoices Handle Equipment and Material that come in for projects. Administer job site safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reporting. Supports sales through involvement in job quotation, estimation, and approval process. Establishes project timelines, meets with customers to communicate, and coordinate project schedule. Manages projects, assigns personnel, oversees ordering of equipment and material, and assures that proper customer signoffs are secured per corporate policy requirements. Customer facing status meetings. Weekly internal status meetings with billing objectives. Lead and support sales representatives in the Mid-Atlantic region to increase sales effectiveness and market share for HVAC products. | Bachelor's degree, 6-8+ years sales experience with leadership, demonstrated sales success, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel extensively. | Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Regional Equipment Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region! This role is critical to our success understanding Daikin's strategic product direction and obtain necessary product knowledge on the key products in order to provide training on new and existing products, conduct joint customer sales calls, represent the company at industry functions and answer sales related technical questions on the products. This individual will work closely with Daikin's equipment sales representatives in the region to increase their sales effectiveness to grow share of the market in each of the company's product categories. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
