Lead implementation and integration of data visualization software, design interactive dashboards, optimize performance, and provide training on dashboard use. | 5+ years of advanced experience in data visualization tools, data integration, ETL pipeline construction, SQL, data modeling, and large-scale dataset management. | Job Description: Pay Range: $167.41hr - $172.41hr Responsibilities: • Lead implementation and integration of data visualization software, guide tool selection. • Guide adoption and planning of a new dashboard tool installation. • Lead integration of third party data source(s) to client internal Tableau (or alternative) server. • Design and develop interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or similar) consisting of data tables and simple visualizations that allow researchers and marketers to query and filter data. • Optimize tables and simple charts for usability, performance, and accessibility. • Iterate and improve dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving data. • Provide training and documentation to users on interpreting and interacting with dashboards. Qualifications: • Advanced Experience in Data Visualization for Business Intelligence: Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable expertise designing scalable, high-impact dashboards and visual analytics solutions using industry-standard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent platforms. • Expertise in Data Integration and Pipeline Design: Proven competency in architecting and executing seamless integration of third-party data sources (e.g., APIs, cloud storage systems like AWS S3, Snowflake) into internal analytics platforms. • Demonstrated ability to construct automated ETL pipelines and workflows to enable efficient data transformation, ingestion, and reporting. • Expertise in Data Transformation and Modeling: Fluent application of advanced SQL and data modeling techniques to transform unstructured, semi-structured, and structured datasets into analytical-ready formats. • Experience leveraging schema design, indexing, and optimization strategies to enhance performance in large-scale datasets. • Mastery of Visualization Tools: Deep technical familiarity with visualization frameworks supported within enterprise environments such as Tableau's live connections and extracts, Superset's SQL-based reporting, or Power BI's self-service tools. • Data to Insight Expertise: Demonstrable ability to distill intricate datasets into actionable insights through interactive, intuitive data tables. • Expertise with principles of visual communication, UX/UI design for dashboards, and interactive reporting. • Large-Scale Dataset Management: Hands-on experience in manipulating, processing, and analyzing datasets of scale and complexity, including but not limited to marketing research output, consumer behavior data, and operational metrics. • Familiarity with statistical and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
