About The Role We are looking for a Principal Customer Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Principal Customer Delivery Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver behind the success of our customer accounts. You’ll oversee the integration and delivery of CUJO AI’s cutting-edge products and services, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about turning complex challenges into impactful solutions. In This Role, You Will: • Own the end-to-end customer delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Sales teams to align on deliverables and priorities. • Lead architecture reviews, change management processes, and incident resolution efforts. • Manage customer billing, cost estimation, and growth projections. • Facilitate firmware and cloud development testing, live sessions, and release communications. • Maintain and audit system access, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support customer systems. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer engagement. Requirements: What We’re Looking For: • 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management. • 4+ years in customer-facing roles, including 2+ years in Customer Success. • 3+ years in a Customer Delivery Manager role or equivalent. • Strong understanding of firmware delivery and AWS fundamentals. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Experience with incident and change management, backlog triage, and cross-functional coordination. About the Role We are looking for an Account Executive (North American Market) to join our team. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing strategic network service provider accounts in the region. You’ll develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships to drive customer business growth by leveraging our platform’s services and data to increase business and operational value. In This Role, You Will: Serve as the primary point of contact for a major North American network service provider, building strong executive and cross-functional relationships. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and CUJO AI’s growth objectives. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CUJO AI’s product portfolio. Advocate for the use of CUJO AI’s data insights in marketing, customer care, product development, and network optimization. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment. Lead executive business reviews, presenting performance metrics, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations. Maintain accurate account records, pipeline forecasts, and contract milestones. Represent CUJO AI at industry events and customer workshops, positioning us as a strategic partner. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in strategic account management within the network service providers, mobile, cable, telco operators. Proven track record of driving growth in complex accounts. Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders on all levels. Ability to translate data insights into actionable business value propositions. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and navigating matrixed organizations. Familiarity with budget planning, financial forecasting and driving the P&L. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for customer success.
