About The Role We are looking for a Principal Customer Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Principal Customer Delivery Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver behind the success of our customer accounts. You’ll oversee the integration and delivery of CUJO AI’s cutting-edge products and services, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about turning complex challenges into impactful solutions. In This Role, You Will: • Own the end-to-end customer delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Sales teams to align on deliverables and priorities. • Lead architecture reviews, change management processes, and incident resolution efforts. • Manage customer billing, cost estimation, and growth projections. • Facilitate firmware and cloud development testing, live sessions, and release communications. • Maintain and audit system access, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support customer systems. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer engagement. Requirements: What We’re Looking For: • 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management. • 4+ years in customer-facing roles, including 2+ years in Customer Success. • 3+ years in a Customer Delivery Manager role or equivalent. • Strong understanding of firmware delivery and AWS fundamentals. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Experience with incident and change management, backlog triage, and cross-functional coordination.
