Personalized, context-aware translation We’re replicating the experience of an in-house translator that understands the product, the team, the customer, and the stakes of every conversation. Cuckoo improves over time by learning from previous conversations. Our customers would often compare our translator to local sales rep, marketing manager, and support engineer. Extracting and applying context from our customers’ knowledge bases and past conversations using techniques like RAG. Making it easy to upload and manage team- and industry-specific terms, and integrating seamlessly with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal wikis.
