$5000 - 8000 a year
Help us raise the bar across infrastructure, personalization, and experience. Mission-critical reliability Our customers rely on us for high-stakes meetings—from closing contracts to resolving production incidents. Any failure on our side is a lost business opportunity for our customers. You’ll help us ensure they never miss a word. Scale infrastructure to support 1,000+ concurrent multilingual meetings. Build resilient fallback paths to ensure guaranteed translation, whether users are on Zoom, desktop, or mobile. Support highly confidential conversations through techniques like in-memory translation and enterprise-grade certifications like SOC 2 Type II. Build real-time monitoring and observability tools to detect and resolve issues before our customers notice—whether it’s during the meeting or minutes before it begins. Personalized, context-aware translation We’re replicating the experience of an in-house translator that understands the product, the team, the customer, and the stakes of every conversation. Cuckoo improves over time by learning from previous conversations. Our customers would often compare our translator to local sales rep, marketing manager, and support engineer. Extracting and applying context from our customers’ knowledge bases and past conversations using techniques like RAG. Making it easy to upload and manage team- and industry-specific terms, and integrating seamlessly with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal wikis. Enabling live, context-aware chat companion alongside transcripts, so users get real-time insights that are tailored to each participant. A seamless user experience We are building a language tool that combines UI elegance with world-class performance. Global teams do their best work when tools fade into the background. We’re building Cuckoo to be not just powerful, but effortless to use. A fast, intuitive experience from starting a meeting to sharing a transcript. Optimizing translation latency and perceived delay through sentence chunking. Iterating on UI refinements that can’t be easily described or measured but are deeply felt.
