In this highly visible player‑coach role, you’ll define product vision, drive measurable business outcomes, and lead a talented team of product managers—while remaining hands‑on with at least one product. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership & Product Vision Own the end‑to‑end product strategy for our Document Storage and Business Intelligence offerings—from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization Translate market needs, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog Establish a path to revenue growth and profitability across the full product line Drive consistent delivery against the roadmap, targeting 90%+ feature delivery Execution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure successful product launches and adoption Collaborate with third‑party vendors and providers to extend and enhance product capabilities Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards, including BSA/AML considerations Influence SDLC processes and agile best practices to improve delivery outcomes Customer & Market Engagement Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, providing consultative guidance to customers and stakeholders Represent CSI as a product and industry leader in customer conversations, industry events, and thought leadership opportunities Leverage market research and competitive insights to continuously refine product strategy People & Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers aligned to strategic objectives Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and iteration Support career growth, skill development, and high performance across the product team Act as a change catalyst, influencing product thinking across the organization Business & Financial Ownership Develop business cases and prepare budgets for senior leadership review Manage assigned cost centers and ensure responsible expense control Align product investments with long‑term business goals What Success Looks Like in Year One A clear, actionable product vision and roadmap for Document Storage and BI Strong backlog discipline and predictable delivery across products Progress toward measurable revenue growth and margin improvement A high‑performing, engaged product management team What You Bring Experience & Education 10+ years of Product Management (or equivalent) experience in a product‑centric environment Experience leading and developing product or technical teams Strong familiarity with BSA/AML regulatory requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Skills & Competencies Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills Proven leadership and decision‑making ability Comfort operating independently in a consultative, self‑directed role Strong relationship‑building skills across all levels of an organization Travel up to 15% As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
