Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
Job Description: Summary As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering CSI’s digital banking solutions to new and existing customers. You’ll manage implementations for lower-complexity software and smaller clients, including new conversions, cross-sell opportunities, and mergers. This role involves customer data conversion, application configuration, and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation. Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements. Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup. Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks. Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live. Stay current on product updates and enhancements. Success Measures Accurate data conversion and complete product configuration. Effective customer training and support throughout the transition. High customer satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required). General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
