The CPQ Analyst will have extensive end to end knowledge of the Quote to Cash lifecycle and be the bridge between the Business SME(s) and Technical teams. This role will support with business requirement validation, Functional Testing/QA, and ensuring the solutions we provide are strategic to keep our business running efficiently on our CPQ tools (Salesforce, and Logik.ai). Job Location This is a remote position that can be located in any state in the US with ability to travel occasionally (15%). Job Responsibilities Bridge between the Business and Technical Teams • Perform requirement gathering and process review sessions. • Document current state business process in detailed RACI, RTM and, Flow diagrams. • Capable of expertly communicating the current solution (Salesforce, CPQ, Logik) and how business process can be accomplished within our current design. Documentation & Testing • Responsible for Regression Testing and QA of all new solutions and enhancements. • Thorough documentation of testing results and any defects identified. • Capable of creating detail Process documentation and Job Aids to help users understand the recommended process and value of solutions provided by the COE. • Engaged and collaborating with deployment team for documentation and training tasks. Cutover & Hypercare Support • Support the team in cutover tasks and testing to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce, CPQ, Logik solutions. • Provide expert support and engagement with business users during Hypercare period of implementation and beyond. Job Requirements • Manufacturing Background: Understanding of the complexity involved in the manufacturing quote to cash process. • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Logik.io, Salesforce/CPQ, CAD Drafting tools. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex business scenarios into documentation. • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • 3-5 years of business experience in selling processes with an in-depth understanding of the Quote/Lead to Cash process • Creative and scrappy: willing to think outside the box to achieve goals and get stuff done • Goal-oriented: motivated by reaching objectives and helping the company grow • Strategic thinker, tactical doer- someone who can think big but isn't afraid to dig in and do the work • Experience in Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies. • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong business relationship management skills. • Ability to travel (overnight) as required based on business needs up to 5% • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications. Salary The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 and is eligible for performance based bonus opportunities.
