Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE: Security Operations Analysts improve the organization's security posture by evaluating, testing, and documenting security solutions and controls along with the necessary procedures. They work closely with other security team members to remediate risks while supporting business innovation. JOB PURPOSE: The Regional Parts Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing the effective management of parts procurement operations within their assigned region. This position involves coaching and developing Parts Managers, ensuring adherence to Procurement policies, procedures, and supplier selection guidelines. The successful candidate will maintain strong vendor relationships, facilitate seamless communication with stores, and drive the adoption of procurement systems. Additionally, the Regional Parts Procurement Specialist will assist in the selection of preferred vendors, ensuring accurate data management in our Parts Procurement Systems. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Leadership and Performance Management: Coach and develop Parts Managers to enhance their performance and compliance with Procurement policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to established guidelines. Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors to ensure optimal pricing, availability, and service. Liaise with stores to facilitate effective communication and streamline procurement processes. Drive the adoption of procurement systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. Preferred Vendor Selection and Data Management: Assist Regional Parts Managers in the selection of preferred vendors based on performance metrics and strategic alignment. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in the Parts Procurement System(s). Standard Practices and Procedures: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy standard practices and procedures for onboarding new store acquisitions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of established practices, recommending improvements as necessary. Training and Development: Work closely with Training Partners to identify knowledge gaps among Parts Managers and other staff. Facilitate the deployment of targeted training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the parts team. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the parts procurement and management process. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement best practices and drive operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience 3+ years of experience in parts management, procurement, or a related field. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in procurement systems and data management tools. Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
