What You’ll Do You’ll take ownership of end-to-end compliance administration for our clients, including: • Trust reconciliation and comprehensive compliance testing • Cross-tested contribution calculations • Preparation of Form 5500 filings • Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth and accurate plan administration • Communicating with plan sponsors and advisors This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 seasons of hands-on experience managing the full compliance cycle (“soup-to-nuts”) in a TPA environment.
