CoreWeave is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our rapidly growing Data Center Network Engineering Team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing, deploying, and managing the data center network that powers CoreWeave’s AI, Hyperscale GPU cloud. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. Who You Are: • Proven experience (7+ years) in product strategy, product management management or product operations, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, Cloud and SaaS technologies. • Good understanding of the AI and ML technology landscape, including current trends and potential future directions. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product vision and strategy across diverse teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed decisions. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts. • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
