Partner with Engineering and Design to ship proactive insights, including natural-language and automated analysis where appropriate. Go deep on priority domains such as cost optimization, identifying what signals matter most and how they should be presented to drive action. Use customer feedback, usage data, and experimentation to continuously validate impact and improve adoption of Insights features. Who You Are: Strong familiarity with observability systems, particularly tools such as Grafana. Hands-on experience with PromQL and LogQL, and a solid understanding of metrics and log-based analysis. Experience building or product-managing AI-powered insights, including natural-language or automated signal discovery. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and customer concerns related to monitoring, performance, reliability, and workload optimization. Proven experience translating complex technical data into customer-facing product experiences. 5+ years of product management experience, with ownership of technically complex product areas Wondering if you’re a good fit? Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to move at the pace of innovation, building and scaling AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave serves as a force multiplier by combining superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs. As the leader in the industry, we thrive in an environment where adaptability and resilience are key. Our culture offers career-defining opportunities for those who excel amid change and challenge. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are eager to make a significant impact, CoreWeave is the place for you. Join us and be part of a team solving some of the most exciting challenges in the industry. About the Role: As a Product Marketing Manager focused on CoreWeave AI Inference, you will be responsible for how CoreWeave positions and brings to market its inference capabilities for teams running models in production. Inference is where AI transitions from experimentation to real-world delivery—and where new failure modes emerge: scaling and reliability under bursty traffic, operational ownership, cost predictability, and security/compliance requirements. In this role, you will develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for AI Platform Leaders and Platform Engineers who operate production inference infrastructure, AI Engineers who deploy models into applications, and technical executives who guide platform strategy. You will translate complex infrastructure and runtime choices into straightforward narratives that help customers understand when and why CoreWeave is the right platform for production inference—enabling predictable performance at scale, transparent infrastructure-based economics, and control over GPUs and open runtimes. You will operate independently within a defined product scope, partnering closely with product management and engineering to bring new inference capabilities to market. This includes shaping launch narratives, building persona-based messaging grounded in real customer use cases, and ensuring go-to-market assets reflect how buyers evaluate inference platforms across performance, cost, flexibility, and operational confidence. You will collaborate with sales, solutions architects, and marketing partners to scale consistent, outcome-oriented messaging across customer-facing motions. Success in this role requires strong judgment, technical fluency, and disciplined execution. You will proactively seek customer and field insight, identify gaps in market understanding, and iterate on messaging over time to increase clarity, differentiation, and adoption impact. What You’ll Do: Positioning & Messaging Define differentiated positioning and messaging for CoreWeave AI Inference as a core part of the CoreWeave platform, built for production inference workloads. Develop narratives that clarify CoreWeave’s value for production inference: predictable performance at scale, transparent infrastructure-aligned economics, and control/flexibility via explicit GPU selection and open runtimes. Create persona-based messaging mapped to real buyer concerns (platform operations, AI engineering deployment, exec-level tradeoffs across cost/control/velocity). Produce messaging frameworks, briefs, and content guidance that enable consistent execution across web, sales assets, product launches, and campaigns. Customer Proof Partner with customer-facing teams to capture production inference use cases, migration stories, and proof points that demonstrate operational reliability and predictable economics. Create or support case studies, reference one-pagers, and customer validation assets that reinforce CoreWeave’s inference credibility with technical buyers. Establish mechanisms to gather ongoing customer, partner, and field insight to sharpen messaging and address objections over time. GTM & Sales Enablement Equip Sales and Solutions Architects with outcome-focused materials: deal kits, pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, and technical explainers tailored to inference buyers. Help the field articulate CoreWeave’s differentiation for inference (control over GPU/runtime, infrastructure-based pricing, production-grade operations) and handle common competitive comparisons. Collaborate with demand gen and content teams to ensure inference messaging scales consistently across the funnel. Launches & Product GTM Partner with product and engineering to plan and execute launches for inference capabilities (from early framing through asset delivery and sales readiness). Translate product capabilities into crisp customer outcomes tied to production inference realities: scaling behavior, model loading/runtime flexibility, observability, reliability, and cost control. Support competitive and category storytelling that helps buyers navigate “DIY vs managed” tradeoffs—and understand CoreWeave’s position in the market. Metrics & Measurement Deliver and maintain updated inference messaging and core GTM artifacts. Track adoption and GTM effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative signals (field feedback, asset usage, win/loss themes, pipeline influence where available). Identify the highest-leverage gaps in buyer understanding and prioritize iterations that improve deal velocity and competitive clarity. Who You Are 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, product management or GTM–ideally within cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, developer platforms, SaaS, or enterprise tech.. Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning and customer-facing narratives for technical buyers. Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with experience working closely with product and engineering teams. Experience supporting product launches and creating core GTM assets (messaging, web/launch content, sales enablement, competitive materials). Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and executive audiences. Preferred: Familiarity with production inference concepts (latency/throughput tradeoffs, scaling, model serving, GPU utilization, observability/SLOs). Experience marketing AI infrastructure products (Kubernetes platforms, GPU cloud, inference runtimes, model deployment tooling). Experience developing customer proof assets such as case studies, reference stories, or technical validation content. Why CoreWeave? At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast!
