Description: • Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for interviews, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling and communication. • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and aligned with our values. • Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse. • Maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring our systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Notion, etc.) are always up to date. • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and support throughout the process. • Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements. Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across time zones and teams. • Proficient with Greenhouse, Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, and Slack. • Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
