Key Responsibilities Shipping Operations • Coordinate daily shipments of finished goods, raw materials, and special freight (air, ground, expedited). • Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other shipping documentation; verify shipments before release. • Schedule and confirm carrier pickups for LTL, TL, and other freight. • Monitor trailer utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. • Track inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate system records, and report on shipping performance. • Handle incoming RMAs and coordinate with the Reynosa, MX shipping/receiving team as needed.
