Scope: As an individual contributor, the Regulatory Affairs (RA) Specialist acts as a link between the company and regulatory authorities, ensuring that products are distributed in compliance with local regulations. The individual will identify data needed, obtain data, and ensure they are effectively presented for the registration of products in North America. Job Summary: The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be responsible for combining scientific, regulatory, and business issues to enable projects that are developed, manufactured, and distributed to meet local regulations and requirements.
Drive new account penetration and sales growth in Central New Jersey by building professional sales relationships and independently managing consultative sales activities. | Requires 4+ years B2B sales experience, tangible product sales desirable, proven goal achievement, valid driver’s license, background check, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. | Description: • Responsible for new account penetration and sales growth in an assigned territory of Central New Jersey area. • Build professional sales relationships with assigned customers in all channels of distribution. • Utilize a consultative selling style that operates independently on a daily basis. • Opportunities for advancement to a Senior Account Executive Sales role are available after establishing a track record of success in this position. Requirements: • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in any industry. • Tangible product sales experience desirable. • You have experience exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of direct related experience (high school + 8 years or similar) • Passing of background check, which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and motor vehicle records. • A valid driver’s license and proof of minimum level of insurance coverage and satisfactory driving record as required by the company.
