Manage and grow healthcare system partnerships and contractual relationships, develop and negotiate agreements, and identify growth opportunities. | Requires 6+ years in field sales, healthcare or medical industry experience, and regional presence in specified states. | Job Description: • Responsible for growing revenue by developing and successfully managing strategic supply chain partnerships and contractual relationships with local and regional healthcare systems, IDNs and assigned GPOs. • Develop, negotiate, implement, and evaluate contractual agreements while increasing market share across all business units. • Conduct regular business reviews designed to identify ongoing growth opportunities while defending CSI’s current revenue for the entire portfolio. • Collaborate with the field sales team to collectively communicate, develop and execute sales growth strategies while creating access for all CSI business units. • Strong collaboration with Business Unit VP’s is needed to drive aligned strategies. Requirements: • Health System, National Accounts and IDN contract sales experience preferred. • Preferred 3 years’ experience as an IDN Manager or Strategic Account Manager in the medical industry and/or direct GPO experience. • BS/BA degree, MBA preferred. • Six (6) years successful field sales experience.
