About the Role: This role will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Intelligence team to support the Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations. In this role, you will utilize our business systems data to analyze and provide insight into the organization's historical and forecasted performance. Additionally, this role will apply creativity and analytical thinking to design and implement operational dashboards and ad hoc reporting. About the Role: This role will provide operational support to the PS Operations Americas organization, which delivers a portfolio of services optimized to support the various stages of the Confluent customer journey at scale. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Professional Services Operations Director, along with Americas PS stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the organization.
