Knowledge & Experience (Essential): - Proven success in regional sales leadership roles. - Ability to drive new business development and lead from the front. - Minimum of 5 years leading multi-region sales teams. - Experience negotiating multi-year supply agreements with multinational brands. Knowledge & Experience (Desirable): - Experience supplying food service markets. - Existing network within packaging or affiliated industries. Drive new business development and manage full sales cycle for healthcare SaaS platform including demos, proposals, and client relationship building. | 3-5 years healthcare sales experience with SaaS platform knowledge, demo and RFP skills, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 50%. | Position can sit Remote. 40% travel will be expected. Base Salary: $125K. Target Comp: $225K We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for selling our SaaS platform into new healthcare logo accounts. The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset with strong sense of urgency and excellent presentation skills and experienced in managing long sales cycles, conducting demos, and responding to RFPs. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business development by targeting and acquiring new logo accounts in provider or payer space. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting, identifying and qualification through close. • Conduct engaging software demos tailored to customer needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders in healthcare organizations. • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM tools. • Travel up to 50% to new client offices (demos, presentations, etc) Qualifications • 3–5 years of healthcare (provider or payer) experience with a proven track record of success in new logo acquisition. • Prior experience selling SaaS software or platform services is strongly preferred. • Skilled at presenting demos to both technical and non-technical audiences preferred. • Experience managing RFP processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams preferred. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter with the urgency to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
