This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship or work c2c for this role. Responsibilities: • Successful candidates will have extensive health plan product knowledge as well as agile delivery experience with an expert ability to decompose business strategy and product development components into tangible system features for development. • Become a subject matter expert on down-market employer health plan client product needs inclusive of managed care, varying network access and traditional plan types. • Develop a deep understanding of system constraints to ensure business products work with the systems to minimize scalability inhibitors (customizations, redundancies, etc.) • Lead requirement solicitation efforts by engaging stakeholders with targeted questioning techniques to uncover true business needs.
