This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and strategic thinking to ensure seamless last-mile execution, vendor management, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be trained through a rotational system and supported by a team of specialized supervisors. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee daily last-mile delivery, logistics, and warehouse operations across assigned regions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. • Manage and develop Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), ensuring compliance with company standards, operational excellence, and consistent service performance. • Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures while monitoring KPIs to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies. • Coordinate and optimize regional delivery and distribution networks, including fleet operations, route planning, and task allocation. • Oversee warehouse processes to ensure reliable, scalable, and standardized practices across locations. • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new DSP partners, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with company goals. • Design and deliver training programs to enhance service quality, safety standards, and operational consistency. • Facilitate daily operational meetings, performance reviews, and cross-team coordination to maintain accountability and transparency. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize collection and distribution models, enhancing efficiency and customer experience. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and overseas counterparts (China team) to align on goals, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless communication. • Respond promptly to operational issues, disruptions, or emergencies, providing solutions that minimize impact and maintain service standards. Overview: • Digital Product Content and Metadata Specialist will assist in the curation, manipulation, transfer, management, quality, and troubleshooting of the product digital content and its metadata. • The candidate will facilitate the submission of digital content to several company content storage locations and external data consumers according to the company naming conventions. • The candidate will work closely with the Product Management, Data Management, and Digital Content groups, leveraging their product knowledge to assist in the sorting of content, uploading and correcting metadata and any sync errors and discrepancies focusing on the end user of the content. • This role combines strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail, quick learning skills, strategic thinking about how the content flows through downstream systems and is indexed online, digital content analysis and an eye for continuous process improvements content and metadata management. • Strong emphasis will be given to candidates that show ability to do large data wrangling competences and drive automation where possible for process improvement. • This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes in a self-managed, autonomous, and target-oriented manner, thus, adding to team results. • Targets are short to medium term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored. Experience/Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Marketing with heavy focus on data, Data Science, or 3rd year in pursuit of a bachelor's degree. • 2+ years of combined experience in content and metadata management and analysis through Excel, Access, SQL, metadata tagging and manipulation for quality and troubleshooting purposes and for seamless integration with AI. Key responsibilities: • Gathers, prepares, ensures accuracy, uploads/updates content and metadata to internal systems. Oversees the quality and supplemental meta-data of the content created to ensure that the complete, accurate, and error-free package is available for upload to upstream and downstream systems. Supports product management, data management, and product marketing by providing creative and strategic direction, coordination, and training for digital product assets. • Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. • Conducts content audits (if not already in place) for owned downstream sites and internal data repositories; use a phased approach and a timeline that enables effective management of the scope and scale of the audit. Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management). • Analyzes overall content data trends to create and proactively communicate actionable insights that help drive higher content quality. • Optimizes content and meta-data quality, processes and activation channel choices based on analysis. • Identifies areas for improvement in content organization, standardization, and searchability. • Examines search query behaviors on general or specialty search engines or other Internet-based content and modify metadata as needed to increase visibility of company products. • Builds and automate business intelligence reports to quickly identify changes in trends/key metrics, elevate issues, and identify areas for improvement. • Stays abreast of industry trends, implementing best practices, and presenting new opportunities.
