Job Title: Business-level Mandarin Speaker - Regional Operation Director Location: Eastern States - United States - Remote Term: Full time and permanent Industry: Last Mile Delivery Industry Pay Ranges: $140,000 to $170,000/year NOTE: • Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China, so fluency in Mandarin is essential • Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics • Willing to work in a start-up company Benefit details • 7 PTO days • 5 Paid Sick Leave Days • 6 Paid Holidays • 401K with 100% Matching up to 2% (After 3 months) • 50% Medical insurance, 100% Dental, Vision, and STD/LTD Insurance (After 3 months) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to oversee daily logistics, delivery, and warehouse operations across regional markets. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and strategic thinking to ensure seamless last-mile execution, vendor management, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be trained through a rotational system and supported by a team of specialized supervisors. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee daily last-mile delivery, logistics, and warehouse operations across assigned regions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. • Manage and develop Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), ensuring compliance with company standards, operational excellence, and consistent service performance. • Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures while monitoring KPIs to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies. • Coordinate and optimize regional delivery and distribution networks, including fleet operations, route planning, and task allocation. • Oversee warehouse processes to ensure reliable, scalable, and standardized practices across locations. • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new DSP partners, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with company goals. • Design and deliver training programs to enhance service quality, safety standards, and operational consistency. • Facilitate daily operational meetings, performance reviews, and cross-team coordination to maintain accountability and transparency. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize collection and distribution models, enhancing efficiency and customer experience. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and overseas counterparts (China team) to align on goals, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless communication. • Respond promptly to operational issues, disruptions, or emergencies, providing solutions that minimize impact and maintain service standards. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. • Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China, so fluency in Mandarin is essential • Minimum 5+ years of experience in last-mile delivery, 3PL logistics, and warehouse operations. • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
