Who We’re Looking For: The OnBase Administrator/Developer plays a key role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Electronic Content Management Solutions. This position focuses on the administration and enhancement of the OnBase platform hosted in Hyland’s Cloud Offering, ensuring system reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals. Under the direction of the Dev, Data, and Middleware Supervisor, this role provides technical expertise in support of complex ECM projects and ongoing operations. It involves significant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, employers, and members. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement robust OnBase solutions that meet business needs. Establish and maintain ECM standards, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate with product owners, technical owners, SMEs, and fellow OnBase administrators. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff, external partners, and members. Perform advanced OnBase system administration, including operational support and health monitoring. Execute OnBase system upgrades and ensure platform stability. Maintain strong documentation and follow organizational protocols. Work independently and manage multiple tasks while coordinating effectively with various teams. Participate in and support organizational safety standards, training, and procedures.
