Responsibilities include conducting unit, systems, and integration testing, implementing and documenting web applications, and enforcing best practices for source control and code progression across development, testing, and production environments. A caregiver in this role works remotely in Ohio from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a weekly rotating on-call schedule to respond to high-priority off-hours incident tickets. The Change Control process is followed, and changes may frequently need to occur outside of normal business hours (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). A caregiver who excels in this role will: Serve as the technology lead for application development. Analyze the best approach to delivering the desired functionality and define the tasks necessary to meet the project's stated objective. Provide scheduling estimates for all projects.
