Product Manager, Enrichment & AI We're looking for a Product Manager to own Enrichment—one of Clay's most critical and technically complex product areas. You'll lead strategy across tables, integrations, Claygent (our AI research agent), and our 3rd party data marketplace, partnering closely with engineering to ship fast and drive impact at scale. As the PM for Enrichment, you'll shape the core workflows that power thousands of GTM teams daily. You’ll join a team of experienced data scientists and analytics engineers, while partnering closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to build foundational data models, dashboards, and analyses that teams rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who wants to learn quickly from senior teammates, take on meaningful ownership from day one, and do that work inside one of the fastest-growing AI startups while digging deeply into data to understand why things are happening, not just what is happening. What you’ll do Build and own analytics data models Write clean, maintainable SQL against Snowflake to power core metrics, dashboards, and analytical workflows. Build and iterate on analytics metrics and tables Build and iterate on metrics and tables in dbt, and surface them through dashboards in Sigma to help teams understand product usage, performance, and change over time. Explore data deeply to answer open-ended questions Use SQL as your primary tool, with Python or R in a notebook environment like Hex when helpful, to investigate trends, anomalies, and product behavior and connect analyses back to real business questions. Help operationalize data Support reverse ETL workflows using Census, helping make modeled data actionable in the tools teams use day-to-day. Translate questions into insight Partner with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous questions into clear, useful analytical outputs. Accounting @ Clay We are in hypergrowth mode, and as we scale, we’re building out our finance and accounting functions. This role is an opportunity to be the first Accounting Manager and lay the groundwork infrastructure for all things accounting at Clay. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and strategic Accounting Manager to build our accounting operations end-to-end. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll take charge of everything from monthly closes, technical memos, revenue recognition and process workflows. We focus on simplifying processes, leveraging automation, and using technology and AI to make our accounting processes smarter and more efficient. This is a unique opportunity to set up best-in-class accounting processes at an early-stage startup and scale them alongside the business. What You’ll Do Build out all core accounting functions: Oversee the month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Establish scalable accounting systems and controls: Implement financial systems, develop internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentation to support our next phase of growth. Technical accounting: Research and implement guidance around revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), stock-based compensation, and other complex areas. Improve Procure-to-Pay process: Ensure timely and accurate AP processing and reporting, optimize spend visibility, oversee vendor onboarding, purchase approvals, invoice management, and payments. Coordinate audits, tax, and compliance: Prepare for annual financial audits, tax compliance, and other regulatory reporting. Support strategic finance initiatives: Work cross-functionally to analyze financial results, automate processes, and help inform business decisions. What You’ll Bring 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience. Active CPA required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Deep knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles Fluency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar), Excel/Sheets, and modern SaaS billing tools. SQL skills are a plus. Strong understanding of billing operations and systems. Stripe/Billing experience is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal. Nice to Have A mix of Big Four public accounting and startup or high-growth tech company experience Prior experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant in a startup environment is strongly preferred.
