Responsibilities: • Leads multidisciplinary teams through the development of quality indicators and identifies opportunities for improvement, to monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided to patients based on evidence-based practices, regulatory and accrediting agency requirements, and data analysis of high-risk problem prone, and high-volume processes. • On-site Facilitation of improvement projects using scientifically proven quality improvement methodology with the ability to rapidly learn and apply (with guidance) improvement science principles, steps, and tools in the various activities. • Provides professional leadership, coaching and support for Hospital-wide and departmental quality improvement programs, projects and initiatives. • Able to communicate effectively, clearly concisely, and persuasively at all levels of organization, demonstrating a willingness to listen, respond appropriately and effectively navigate conflicts . • Develop and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders (ie. How You’ll Be Successful: WORK EXPERIENCE • At least 5 years Contract administration lifecycle management experience (at least 2 years in healthcare relates field is strongly preferred) Req • Must have a strong understanding of ERP Contract Management functions (preferable has significant experience as a functional system administration and ideally in Info FSM) Req • Must possess advanced skills in contract data analytics, critical thinking, negotiation lifecycle management, preparing executive briefs, and consulting internal stakeholders Req EDUCATION • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Req LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS • CMRP Pref A Place Where You Belong We put our people first.
