Oversee all restaurant operations, lead and coach team leaders, execute strategic plans, and ensure customer and staff needs are met. | No education required; must be available weekends and weekdays; focus on leadership and teamwork in a restaurant environment. | A Director oversees all aspects of the operations of the restaurant. They partner with other area specific leaders to execute strategic plans for the restaurant. They manage, lead, and set the tone for the team in the Front of House, Kitchen, and every area of the restaurant. They coach & serve Team Leaders and demonstrate our core values to execute the vision of the restaurant. They ensure the needs of staff, customers, and business are met and take ownership to proactively plan & prepare for the future. They exhibit high emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities and commit to growing themselves.
