Lead onboarding, develop campaigns, optimize paid social campaigns, and build client relationships. | 8+ years in paid social media, advanced platform knowledge, data analysis skills, and strong client management abilities. | Job Description: • Lead the onboarding process for new social media clients, educating them on our processes and strategies. • Develop tailored campaigns that set the foundation for long-term success, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Client Solutions Manager once campaigns are stabilized. • Collaborate with platform representatives (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to secure resources and expertise for client campaigns. • Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues. • Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports with insights, wins, and areas for improvement. • Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities. • Build strong client relationships and proactively address their evolving needs. • Collaborate with the Client Solutions Management team to ensure alignment and growth. • Support the Senior Client Solutions Managers with daily tasks and initiatives. • Lead internal training sessions on social media platforms, workflows, and best practices. • Identify and implement improvements in social media workflows to drive efficiency. • Stay updated on the latest trends, ad formats, and advancements in social media platforms. • Share updates and best practices with internal teams to enhance knowledge and expertise. • Maintain a strong understanding of third-party tools and their integration with social media campaigns. • All other duties as assigned.
