C#, .NET) Experience with database objects in relational databases (ex. MS SQL, Oracle) including schema design, stored procedure development and performance and optimization techniques Experience with non-relational databases (ex. MongoDB, Elastic, Cosmos) Experience with HTTP and REST architecture Experience with unit, integration, and acceptance testing Experience with version control systems (ex. GIT, GitHub, TFS, etc.) Experience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practices Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IS, MIS, or other technology degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications: Experience in system integration projects or global projects Experience with transportation, logistics, or business systems Experience building cloud native applications and services (ex. The Operations Coordinator performs operational tasks to meet the transportation needs of customers and carriers, focusing on data integrity and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing workloads, supporting team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. | A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least 2 years of related experience, preferably in operations. Duties And Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: • Lead the opportunity vetting board, address network troubleshooting, and respond to email inquiries • Coordinate and respond to complex daily pricing requests for new and existing customers • Educate commercial teams on the best pricing tools and their benefits • Review bid materials to understand pricing requirements • Communicate pricing details to management and commercial teams for strategy calls • Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions, involving additional pricing teams as needed • Perform site administration and collaborate with stakeholders for document downloads • Verify submitted bid rates, manage award verification, and upload final rates • Assist commercial teams with award management reporting and troubleshooting pricing issues • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and support process improvements Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum 2 years previous experience in operations, customer service, and/or pricing • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience. Compensation Range $59,800.00 - $93,400.00 The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
