Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in strategy operations, program management, or cross-functional execution roles, preferably in a SaaS, edtech, or multi-product portfolio environment. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, align diverse stakeholders, and drive clarity across complex projects. • Proven experience translating high-level strategic goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes. • Adept at building collaborative relationships across departments and influencing without direct authority. • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with experience building reporting frameworks and executive-level dashboards. Lead and mentor content teams, collaborate with product and customer success teams, manage regulatory content requirements, and communicate strategy and results to leadership. | Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in content or product management including 3+ years leadership, preferably in financial services, with knowledge of regulatory environments and insurance training programs. | Description: Lead and mentor a team of content writers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Partner with cross-functional product teams—including strategy, platform, and instructional design—to support the successful development and delivery of high-quality learning solutions. Translate customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory updates into clear content priorities and actionable product roadmaps. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and product effectiveness. Communicate delivery of content strategies, updates, and results effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Champion a customer-centric mindset, ensuring all content aligns with the strategic goals of our clients and the learners they serve. Collaborate with the Customer Success team and engage directly with clients as needed to gather insights and ensure satisfaction. Manage regulatory requirements with state and federal agencies that require content approval and learning oversight. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, education, product management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in content or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams. Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred. Preferred Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in customer-centric product development.
