Lead and mentor content teams, collaborate with product and customer success teams, manage regulatory content requirements, and communicate strategy and results to leadership.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in content or product management including 3+ years leadership, preferably in financial services, with knowledge of regulatory environments and insurance training programs.
Description: Lead and mentor a team of content writers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Partner with cross-functional product teams—including strategy, platform, and instructional design—to support the successful development and delivery of high-quality learning solutions. Translate customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory updates into clear content priorities and actionable product roadmaps. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and product effectiveness. Communicate delivery of content strategies, updates, and results effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Champion a customer-centric mindset, ensuring all content aligns with the strategic goals of our clients and the learners they serve. Collaborate with the Customer Success team and engage directly with clients as needed to gather insights and ensure satisfaction. Manage regulatory requirements with state and federal agencies that require content approval and learning oversight. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, education, product management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in content or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams. Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred. Preferred Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in customer-centric product development. Passion for education and a deep commitment to learner success. Familiarity with securities and insurance licensing content or regulatory environments is a plus.
