You will help create the vision, strategy, and goals of our business reporting function to support the teams and the business growth with data, reports, analysis and insights. Key Responsibilities Data Governance and Quality Build data processes to drive quality and accuracy of the data set Build and run audits and other automatic update jobs in Sales Force including sync up with carrier data set to ensure up-to-date data accuracy Work with carrier partners and internal stakeholders to analyze and resolve data discrepancies and other issues Build and Run Management Reporting Create a comprehensive portfolio of Standard Management Reports and Analysis in Sales Force Prepare reports and analyze data, including locating, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating, or modeling to support business decisions Prepare ad-hoc Management Reports and Analysis Use knowledge of business context and operational environment to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to benefit the business and achieve business goals Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and issues in various analysis, and develop recommendations for business decisions Improve Reporting Capabilities and Advance Analytical Function Collaborate with Sales Force product team and other data and analytics teams and finance teams across the enterprise to learn and apply best practices related to data management, Sales Force, and financial management process Recommend system modifications and enhancements to business application team to enhance data management processes Leverage business intelligence tools to create dynamic reports and generate actionable insights Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite Power user of MS Excel (advanced skills a must) SQL database experience Demonstrated experience working with enterprise CRM (Sales Force preferred) Solid and documented experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, Domo, etc. Knowledge of insurance domain preferred Detail-oriented and highly organized Takes initiative and follows through on projects and assignments Creative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and getting things done Self-starter with ability to balance priorities and work in a lean environment Outstanding troubleshooting, communication, presentation, documentation, time management, and leadership skills Enjoys being part of a smaller team with a big mission Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously with ability to confidently prioritize work The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $85,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
