Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Talent Development to execute strategy, implement programs, drive process improvement and deliver integrated HR solutions. • Support change management efforts and other strategic initiatives as needed. • Maintain a high standard of ethics and confidentiality, and foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
