These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.  In this role, you will: Consulting Delivery • Lead and deliver consulting engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are met • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors • Translate client business challenges into actionable solutions and implementation plans • Oversee project planning, delivery execution, risk management, and issue resolution • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and best practices • Mentor and support consulting team members as needed Business Development & Growth • Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through upsell and cross-sell initiatives • Support new business development efforts, including discovery calls, solution design, and proposal development • Partner with leadership and sales teams to shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies • Contribute to pipeline growth by leveraging client relationships, referrals, and market insights • Participate in presentations, pitches, and client-facing meetings to articulate value propositions Strategic & Operational Support • Provide feedback on service offerings based on market and client needs • Assist in defining delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices • Support internal initiatives related to consulting operations, growth strategy, and process improvement Who You Are: Required • Proven experience in consulting delivery, professional services, or client-facing roles • Strong understanding of business operations, technology, or transformation initiatives (industry-specific experience a plus) • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders simultaneously • Experience supporting or leading business development efforts, including proposals and client expansion • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to operate comfortably in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Preferred • Prior experience in management consulting, boutique consulting firms, or professional services organizations • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders • Background in project management, delivery leadership, or solution architecture Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies Total Rewards:  We proudly offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being, such as health coverage, wellness programs, 401K company match, self-managed PTO, and other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments. • Remote and Hybrid Work • Time Off When You Need It • Benefits That Flex • Professional Development While benefits eligibility may vary for roles that are not full-time, we provide unique opportunities for growth, skill development, and more.
