Coordinate recycling programs, verify paperwork, communicate with customers and vendors, and maintain records and compliance. | Strong organizational skills, experience with documentation, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and attention to detail. | • Coordinate EPA Certified Recycling Program • Work with EPA Smelter for scheduling Recycling Truck Runs • Verify proper cradle to grave chain of custody paperwork for EPA Certified Recycling Program • Verify Battery Make and Model Numbers on BOL’s match incoming and outgoing shipments for Certified Recycling Program • Send our Certified Recycling Letters to customers • Coordinate with Freight Companies / Brokers for Recycling Shipments • Perform Customer Closeout packages for customers, including working with different customer portals for closeouts • Type up from handwritten Customer PM Reports, including IEEE Capacity Tests, Battery and Charger PM’s, UPS PM Reports, Inverter PM Reports, etc… • Assist with Maintaining Scheduling Board including keeping historical records • Assist with working with Techs to make sure JHA’s, BOL’s, Site Completion Reports are completed • Occasionally assist with coordinating Business License Renewals for multiple cities • Make sure we are up to date and compliant with WA State L&I • Make sure Reseller Permits are up to date • Coordinate Electrical and Building Permits • Prevailing Wage Intents, confirm timecards, coordinate with Payroll Team for Affidavits to be submitted to government entities for Prevailing Wage Compliance • Work with Fleet Management on Registrations, and Insurance for Vehicles • Coordinate with Annual Fire Extinguisher Certification • Keep up inventory Safety Supplies for Team Safety Bags and Spill Response Kits • Assist with Inventory maintenance and counts Competencies • Excellent verbal and written Interpersonal skills needed to work in a highly collaborative environment, including cross functional project teams involving internal and external members • Self-motivated; exhibits the initiative necessary in achieving company goals and objectives • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks across many projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and assist with changing priorities • Strong attention to detail, organization, and document tracking. The Structural Engineer will perform detailed structural analysis of telecommunication towers and mounts, and lead small to moderate sized projects. They will also review work of Associate and Design Engineers and ensure adherence to customer requirements. | Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and EI or EIT Certification. Experience in the telecom industry and knowledge of structural analysis tools is preferred. | Overview Job Summary We have a great opportunity for a recent college grad or early career, EIT Certified Structural Engineer to join our team. The Structural Engineer will be EI or EIT Certified and work with the Engineer of Record on a a variety of telecom projects. Individual will have an understanding of typical building construction types and be familiar with practical methods used to analyze, design, and/or modify a variety of structures. Candidate will apply his/her knowledge of wireless equipment (antennas, fiber, carrier services etc.) and experience with structural analysis and design of towers and mounts to assigned projects. He/she will understand and adhere to customer requirements and document job information as needed. Preferred location, Roswell, GA. Remote location, will be considered for candidates located in the Southeast. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects, and an eagerness to share knowledge and expertise with fellow engineers, drafters, and other non-engineering personnel. What Will You Do Perform detailed structural analysis of original, modified, and proposed telecommunication towers; monopole, guyed and lattice -self- support structures. Perform detailed structural analysis original tower mounts and create modifications for failing mounts. Review work of Associate and Design Engineers in the production of reports and supporting calculations for review and approval by a licensed professional engineer. Perform quality assurance reviews of third party work as part of Vendor QA and evaluate performance. Review insufficient analyses in order to reduce modification costs. Develop analysis tools and training presentations, and conduct training sessions. Lead small to moderate sized projects. Participate in large projects as an engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME). Determine the cause of overstresses in the tower members and plan for practical cost effective reinforcement/modification systems. Specify reinforcement systems and components to address tower overstresses and customer requirements and produce well documented calculations. Produce tower and foundation reinforcement/modification conceptual sketches for the Structural Detailer to develop into design, fabrication, and erection drawings (CAD.) Review and approve Auto CAD drawings for tower and foundation reinforcement/modifications designs Participate in development of engineering processes, standards, and tool s/programs. May serve as Project Engineer and as a designated client contact on smaller, less complex projects. Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc. Handle routine contract administration. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering. EI or EIT Certification a MUST. PE or SE in civil structural engineering desireable. 1-5 years proven experience or relevant course work in structural engineering (concrete, wood, steel). Experience in the telecom industry with understanding of antennas, fiber, carrier services and other wireless equipment A+. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawing preparation; experience with structural analysis an design of towers and mounts. Knowledge of TNX Tower, Enercalc, PLS Caisson and Risa 3D Programs preferred. Flexible work schedule Ablity to work outside in all weather conditions, if needed. Excellent communication skills.
