Coordinate recycling programs, verify paperwork, communicate with customers and vendors, and maintain records and compliance.
Strong organizational skills, experience with documentation, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate EPA Certified Recycling Program • Work with EPA Smelter for scheduling Recycling Truck Runs • Verify proper cradle to grave chain of custody paperwork for EPA Certified Recycling Program • Verify Battery Make and Model Numbers on BOL’s match incoming and outgoing shipments for Certified Recycling Program • Send our Certified Recycling Letters to customers • Coordinate with Freight Companies / Brokers for Recycling Shipments • Perform Customer Closeout packages for customers, including working with different customer portals for closeouts • Type up from handwritten Customer PM Reports, including IEEE Capacity Tests, Battery and Charger PM’s, UPS PM Reports, Inverter PM Reports, etc… • Assist with Maintaining Scheduling Board including keeping historical records • Assist with working with Techs to make sure JHA’s, BOL’s, Site Completion Reports are completed • Occasionally assist with coordinating Business License Renewals for multiple cities • Make sure we are up to date and compliant with WA State L&I • Make sure Reseller Permits are up to date • Coordinate Electrical and Building Permits • Prevailing Wage Intents, confirm timecards, coordinate with Payroll Team for Affidavits to be submitted to government entities for Prevailing Wage Compliance • Work with Fleet Management on Registrations, and Insurance for Vehicles • Coordinate with Annual Fire Extinguisher Certification • Keep up inventory Safety Supplies for Team Safety Bags and Spill Response Kits • Assist with Inventory maintenance and counts Competencies • Excellent verbal and written Interpersonal skills needed to work in a highly collaborative environment, including cross functional project teams involving internal and external members • Self-motivated; exhibits the initiative necessary in achieving company goals and objectives • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks across many projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and assist with changing priorities • Strong attention to detail, organization, and document tracking. Expected compensation includes $24.00 to $30.00 per hour and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees.
