Qualifications • BS in Engineering, Science or Business degree - advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of Commercial Experience in a Sales Leadership or Application Development role. • Experience in Account Management or Application Development at a chemical or plastics company highly preferred. • Managing a sales or application development team is a plus. • Track record of building and leading teams with proven consecutive year over year performance. • Experience driving growth, while optimizing team performance, including top grading. • Ability to understand, develop, communicate and implement application segment strategies. • Ability to work with customers and internal business and technical partners to develop solutions. • Ability to apply technical and/or business knowledge to solve new problem. • Ability to recruit, train and onboard Application Development talent. • Ability to travel 50% of the time
