This role combines traditional data engineering with modern AI/ML capabilities to accelerate schema mapping and data integration. Responsibilities Ingest, profile, and reconcile data from multiple legacy and modern systems. Develop data pipelines to normalize and align disparate data sets. Build and maintain the data object inventory and mature it into an authoritative model. Apply AI tools to accelerate schema mapping and identify gaps in existing data. Collaborate with Business Process Analysts to align sub-step data with the enterprise data model. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in data engineering. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data tools. Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML to data integration or modeling tasks. Working location is hybrid in the DMV: Crystal City, VA, Ft. Meade, MD, and Hanover, MD Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of data governance, MDM, and lineage tracking. Facilitate workshops to document current and future personnel vetting processes and produce detailed process diagrams. | Bachelor's degree, 5+ years as Business Process Analyst, proficiency in Visio, DoD Secret clearance, and hybrid work in DMV. | cBEYONData is seeking a Business Process Analyst to facilitate workshops and work sessions with stakeholders to document current and future-state personnel vetting processes. This role will decompose high-level workflows into detailed steps, capturing associated business rules and data inputs/outputs to support Trusted Workforce 2.0 transformation. Responsibilities: Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders. Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using process modeling tools. Decompose workflows into step-level detail, capturing data inputs, transformations, and outputs. Capture and document business rules tied to each process step. Produce process diagrams and deliverables using Visio or equivalent. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field. 5+ years’ experience as a Business Process Analyst or equivalent. Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and eliciting process requirements. Strong skills in process decomposition and business rule capture. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar modeling tools. DoD Secret clearance or higher Working location is hybrid in the DMV: Crystal City, VA, Ft.
