The Role: (Brand Manager) The Brand Manager is a key part of our Brand Management team who owns the strategy for our clients to capture, grow and expand their Amazon revenue and brand awareness. The team is highly analytical, thoughtful, and proactive. The Role:   We are hiring a Media Manager to join our unique cross-functional Media and Advertising team. This team delivers strategic and creative media and advertising solutions for our clients. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with clients from small startups to established, world-famous brands and see the impact you have on their business every day. You will also interface cross-functionally with internal teams as well as external clients and must be fantastic at developing and managing relationships. As a Media Manager you are an analytical and strategic thinker, demonstrating the ability to learn and iterate quickly to focus on the best outcomes. You succeed by accelerating sales growth through data-driven optimizations to our client’s brand media strategy. What You’ll Do: • Manage paid media and advertising campaign strategy, setup, ongoing optimization, and reporting • Research and analyze our clients’ business, competitors, and target audiences in order to recommend channel, budget, and targeting strategies • Setup and monitor multiple campaigns across Amazon (Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon DSP) and other channels (e.g. programmatic, paid social, paid search) • Effectively manage advertising campaigns through available ad tech tools to drive efficiency and enable focus on delivering on the strategy • Synthesize performance data and present concise, actionable insights to our clients on a regular basis • Proactively identify business opportunities for our clients (e.g., new targeting opportunities, new ad formats, novel ways of leap-frogging competitors, etc.) • Deliver flawless execution of media strategy, optimizations, and testing plans • Partner with Brand Management Lead to maintain an integrated approach to strategy, creative, and advertising, and enroll cross-discipline team members where relevant • Execute on client deliverables, and provide clear direction & vision on priorities to help achieve client goals • Proactively assist with thought leadership and POVs for clients on industry trends Who You Are: • Very comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive • A Strategic thinker, analytical, ability to learn quickly • Strong sense of ownership, drives for results and thrives in a high-performance culture • Follow trends within advertising and media What You’ve Done: • 4+ years of hands-on experience with direct ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing media and advertising campaigns across various channels, including Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP, programmatic, paid social, paid search, keyword research, content optimization, bid/budget management, and reporting. • Proven experience aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources and reporting on performance. • Proven experience recommending campaign budgets based on historical data and best practices • Professional experience working directly with clients to address challenges/opportunities, and communicating complex technical topics to a wide range of audiences. Nice to Haves:  • Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Similar Web, Skai, Perpetua, Pacvue, or other relevant tools • Understanding of Amazon business factors (e.g., inventory, buy box ownership, etc.) • Experience working across the Ecommerce and paid media landscape (e.g., Shopify, Google Ads, social advertising, etc.) • Previous agency experience Currently, Cart.com does not intend to hire candidates who will need, now or in the future, Cart.com sponsorship through any non-immigrant visa category such as the H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, or TN.
