This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in HR operations, employee relations, and workplace support while working with a collaborative, fully distributed team. Day to day, you will be the friendly first point of contact for employees who have questions about benefits, payroll, policies, or general workplace concerns, so a genuine desire to help people and a knack for staying organized will serve you well. This role suits someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple inquiries at once through email, chat, and phone, all while maintaining confidentiality and a calm, professional tone.
