Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage mechanical construction projects ranging from $1M to $20M+. • Coordinate design-build activities, collaborating with engineering teams, architects, and consultants. • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability. • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to ensure compliance with project goals. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety standards. • Prepare project reports, RFI’s, change orders, and maintain detailed project documentation. • Act as primary client contact, ensuring strong communication, transparency, and satisfaction. • Support project closeout including commissioning, turnover documentation, and warranty support.
