The primary focus of this position is on the precise estimation of labor costs, a critical factor in securing and successfully completing projects. HVAC Estimator Job Responsibilities • Accurately estimate labor costs for commercial HVAC projects. • Identify and secure both small and large project leads. • Estimate required materials and labor for projects and present proposals to customers. • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met. • Serve as a point of contact for field personnel for any project-related inquiries. Qualifications • Proven experience in commercial HVAC estimating. • Strong ability to accurately estimate labor costs and manage projects efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present proposals effectively to customers. • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
