The Role We’re hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team. This is a critical role that ensures candidates have a seamless, positive experience and our recruiters and hiring managers can focus on assessing and closing top talent. You’ll be the operational backbone of our recruiting process — managing schedules, communication, and systems with accuracy and care. As our Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll own the details that make a big difference: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and behind-the-scenes operations that keep the team moving. This is more than just calendar wrangling. You’ll be the first impression for candidates, the calm in the chaos of shifting schedules, and the glue that holds the process together. Responsibilities Schedule phone, Google Hangouts, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a warm, professional experience Maintain accuracy of candidate data in Ashby Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prep interview teams with logistics and materials Support onsite interviews and recruiting events Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience Qualifications 1+ years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or recruiting support role (internships count) Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills; warm and professional candidate presence Comfort with scheduling across multiple calendars, tools, and time zones Experience with an ATS (Ashby is a plus) Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Compensation: $35-40/hour Our Culture We are builders, and we choose to spend our time building things that matter. The Role Cape is looking for a Product Designer to expand our current 2-person design team as we grow our product offering to meet the needs across our consumer, enterprise and government customer base. When it comes to privacy and security products, the threats our customers face are technically complex and the benefits of using Cape often happen silently behind the scenes. You will help distill this complexity, crafting compelling product experiences that make our customers feel more private and secure as they go about their daily lives. You will contribute to design needs that span the entire customer journey from our mobile app and web dashboards to marketing, ad creative or pitch decks. This position reports to the Head of Product, Brian Stoner. Here are some ways you’ll make an impact: Design and ship high quality product experiences – everything from low-friction consumer onboarding to network security monitoring tools for enterprises. We’re a small, fluid team, supporting a broad product offering across consumer, enterprise and government customers.. Lead rapid, iterative design sprints, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, driving towards the most impactful product changes as quickly as possible. Translate complex privacy and security features into visually compelling product experiences. Own entire product areas and take responsibility for ensuring we are improving the usability and design of that product area over time. Build, maintain, and extend design system components to support growth and cross-product cohesion. Partner with marketing, sales and BD to craft compelling visual stories that carry through the entire customer journey – from our ads, socials, pitch decks, website, through to our products. Participate in design critiques, product QA, and strive to continually raise the bar in terms of product and design quality. Create quick prototypes and conduct iterative user testing to validate ideas and uncover new opportunities. Collaborate closely with engineering across iteration, handoff, and QA to ensure designs are implemented with quality and intent. Are You the Candidate We’re Looking For? You have: 5–7+ years of experience designing digital products across mobile and web. A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and visual design skills across 2-3 different in-depth case studies. Experience designing for at least one enterprise/B2B product Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Hands-on experience building and scaling end-to-end design systems Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout Prior startup experience or demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, define project scope, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. The Role (also the Mission) We are looking to add a BizOps hire to up level our operational rigor. You will be a swiss-army knife across the company, (i) being turned to by leaders as an analytical powerhouse, (ii) designing, implementing, and managing critical business systems, and (iii) starting new functions to hand off to new leaders as we scale. The ideal candidate is a highly structured and analytical thinker who’s implemented large end to end projects. This role reports to our Head of Finance. In this role you will: Metrics: Define and develop business-unit metrics and associated dashboards that quantify the health of our business. This may require you to implement and optimize the internal systems to track those metrics. End-to-End Problem Solving: Take on ambiguous business challenges, frame the problem, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop and implement data-driven solutions with stakeholders across the company. Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a force multiplier, building consensus and driving alignment with leaders across the company's product, engineering, sales, and operations teams without direct authority. (Requirements for the role) You have: 3+ years of consulting, banking, investing, or BizOps / SalesOps experience Strong analytical aptitude. You intuitively think about problems in terms of numbers and data-models, and you are able to quickly execute analyses in Excel or SQL. We will test you on this. Meticulous organization skills, with a proven track record managing large projects end to end and owning recurring processes Structured and logical thinker with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new industries, products, and challenges. Self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t need someone to tell you to “move”. You just move. We’d rather have to tell you to slow down than to speed up.
