Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community. Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices. Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations. Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction. Contribute to co-curricular programming (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience.
