About the role You'll join the team building the modern tech stack our college runs on — bringing the backbone of higher education into the 21st century. We're replacing that with software that's fast, correct, and audit-ready by design. You'll help build the core infrastructure behind Financial Aid and Student Accounts, integrating with complex federal systems that are old, opinionated, and unforgiving. Build infrastructure that has to be right: Design APIs, services, and data flows where idempotency, reconciliation, and observability aren't nice-to-haves — they're the job. Improve how we work: Contribute to engineering best practices, refine our developer tooling, and shape processes that help the team scale effectively. Collaborate: Partner with Product, Design, Financial Aid, and Student Accounts to deliver end-to-end solutions on the problems that matter most. Solve challenging problems: Build the next generation of systems powering modern higher education — your work will directly improve outcomes for students and the teams behind them.
