That’s why we give you a wide range of benefits to choose from. • Medical, Dental, Vision • low-cost premiums even for family coverage • Company-paid life/AD&D insurance • Company-paid short-term disability • Paid sick/vacation/holiday • 401k/Company Funded Pension Program (program is dependent upon location and job type) • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Additional voluntary benefits Compensation Salary $60,000 to $65,000 DOE Responsibilities • Provides excellent customer service for incoming callers handling customer inquiries and complaints • Generates quotes for customers/projects • Prospect for opportunities using online bid platforms and own the bid tracking process • Creates projects in front-end system based on quotes and contracts with a very high degree of accuracy • Provides administrative support to the sales team as needed • Handles inquiries and complaints • Assists management with report generation as needed • Performs other duties as assigned Education High school diploma/GED Requirements/Qualifications • Prior experience in an administrative support role • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with staff and customers • Strong computer and accurate data entry skills • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to work overtime as needed • 2 years of transportation/delivery in the construction materials industry preferred Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
