What you will do: - Based on data analysis, content understanding and user research, deep dive the supply and consumption issues of vertical content, and work with cooperation departments to promote end-to-end process optimization, improve vertical content ecology and user experience. - Participate in analysis and strategy formulation from creators' side, discover the current status of each vertical content and creators' pain points, and support creators better create high-quality content on the platform. - Provide input for regional vertical content operation strategies, participate in the formulation of vertical strategies and quantify goals. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, strategy or relevant fields. - At least 5+ years of experience in social media in a start-up environment or tech company. - Understand the content strategy, and certain relevant content operation experience are preferred (content strategy, recommendation strategy, etc.). - Have solid and good data analysis skills and strong logical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, with a sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit.
