Responsibilities About the Team: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. What you will do: - Based on data analysis, content understanding and user research, deep dive the supply and consumption issues of vertical content, and work with cooperation departments to promote end-to-end process optimization, improve vertical content ecology and user experience. - Participate in analysis and strategy formulation from creators' side, discover the current status of each vertical content and creators' pain points, and support creators better create high-quality content on the platform. - Provide input for regional vertical content operation strategies, participate in the formulation of vertical strategies and quantify goals. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, strategy or relevant fields. - At least 5+ years of experience in social media in a start-up environment or tech company. - Understand the content strategy, and certain relevant content operation experience are preferred (content strategy, recommendation strategy, etc.). - Have solid and good data analysis skills and strong logical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, with a sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
