The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, proxy services, and cloud-based security platforms, ensuring operational readiness and seamless service handover. Key Responsibilities • Lead the handover of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) services from project to operations. • Develop and execute transition, documentation, and training plans. • Establish and validate monitoring, alerting, SLA, and KPI mechanisms. • Collaborate closely with network, security, and service desk teams to ensure operational efficiency. • Liaise with Zscaler support and account teams for escalations and service improvements. • Prepare SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support ongoing operations. • Conduct training sessions for L1/L2 support teams. • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for better service performance.
